Waste Operation is a waste-cost consulting and brokerage service. We review commercial waste and recycling invoices, identify potential savings, compare service providers, and, where engaged to do so, help arrange or manage waste services on a customer's behalf. We are not a hauler unless expressly stated for a given account.

2. Free bill review

Submitting your invoice for review is free and creates no obligation. Any savings estimate we provide is an estimate based on the information you supply and current market conditions, and is not a guarantee of a specific outcome.

3. Fees

Where we provide paid services, fees are agreed in writing in advance. We are typically compensated through a share of verified savings or a service/management fee. No fees are charged without your prior agreement.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to have the authority to share any invoices or account details you submit. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any change to your waste service before it is made.

5. No professional advice

Information provided by Waste Operation is for general business purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waste Operation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us, if any, for the service at issue.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
